November 5-9, Merchandise Management Department and Itinerancy Department of BMC had an Examination for Business Process and Standard Work Techniques. Zhao Qingyun, Cong Zhongkai and Jiang Haifeng were awarded excellent performance.
The purpose of this examination was to distinguish each job’s functions and responsibilities. Consequently, to define and perform the two departments essential jobs, as well as improve operation effect and efficiency.
