The winter is coming and the National holiday is gone, but the working passion of all BMC employees is not going down with the temper and the holiday, in fact, they all more enthusiastic and optimistic to make a new KPI in the last quarter of the year.

In order to strengthen the basic knowledge of employees, BMC had organized the part identification test. The test follows the rule of fair, which showed the advantages of the assessment system of the company. The employees carefully prepared before the test and review focus, decent the testing attitude and claim down the tension, studies in the test and grow up in studies, working hand in hand in healthy competition.

This test inspires the study passion of employees, we believe that we will keep on the hard work under the company’s regular, improve our work ability, work together with the company, and contribute to the company's growth goals.
