The Warehouse Skills Examination Concludes Successfully, Promoting Learning and Enhancing Professional Skills through Competitions

2025.07.25

To comprehensively improve the professional skills of the warehouse team and strengthen employees' ability in accurate part identification and proficiency in forklift operation, BMC's internal warehouse-specific skills examination was recently held at the warehousing center. This examination innovatively integrated the two core skills of "part identification" and "forklift operation" into a dual assessment system of "theory and practical operation". During the examination, participating employees remained calm and answered questions carefully. During the hands-on session, relying on the rich experience accumulated in daily work, everyone quickly shuttled among the parts, observed carefully and made accurate judgments, demonstrating solid professional skills. The forklift operation phase, focused more on practical ability, with three assessment items: "precision handling", "navigation through narrow passages" and "part loading and unloading docking". The scene was both intense and orderly, fully showing the employees' positive spiritual outlook and the work attitude of striving for excellence.

This examination is an important practice of the BMC's "strengthening the enterprise with skills" strategy. In the future, such skill competitions will be continuously carried out to promote learning and improve abilities through competitions, so that the warehouse team can become a compound talent team with both professional knowledge and practical operation ability, laying a solid skill foundation for the efficient operation of the company.
