October 20, the After Service Seminar of HANGCHI ADVANCE GROUP Transmissions had been having in Xiaoshan City. Yang Hui, the Domestic Business Department Manager of BMC, presented the Seminar.
This was a biennial business conference. There were more than 120 managers who represented about 100 service stations take part in it. The conference had a topic, which is that “Service for Customers Honestly, Improve Hangchi Brand Value.” Meanwhile service strategy adjustment, products quality improvement and new products R&D etc. had been reported and discussed. As SHANTUI bulldozers service station, BMC take a presentation about service cost and training, and exposed some problem about the supply chain administration.
After the Seminar, all the participants visited Transmissions Assemble Line as well as some of other facilities and equipments. All the facilities show Hangchi’s competitive advantages regard productivity and operation level. Ensure us to engage in the service for customers and develop HANGCHI ADVANCE market.
